Who's behind it? Mother-of-two Maria Hatzistefanis says she was inspired by her Greek grandmother to establish the skincare brand. 'When we were kids we'd sun-bake on the beach for hours and we would come back to [my grandmother's] place and she would make a mixture of olive oil, beeswax and pomegranate juice [skincare products].' Rodial is the Greek word for pomegranate which is used in all the brand's products for its anti-ageing properties.
What's the spin?
The treatments are designed to help remove wrinkles, age spots, cellulite and stretch marks. The signature product is the Glamotox which uses a muscle-freezing peptide and is said to be a needle-free alternative to Botox.
