No plea in teen girl murder case

A man accused of murdering a 16-year-old girl in his flat in Sham Shui Po reappeared in Kowloon City Court yesterday. The businessman, Ting Kai-tai, entered no plea and the case was adjourned to July 24 pending further investigation, legal advice and laboratory reports. Ting, 23, was charged with a count of murdering Wong Ka-mui at his flat in Yan Fat Building. Wong had been missing from her Tai Po home since April 27.
