The Hong Kong Melody Makers (HKMM) is recruiting new members following their sell-out annual a cappella concert at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University last month.

The concert, Sing Aloud, Move Along featured a mix of musical genres. The group, which is made up of singers aged 16 to 30, choreographed a dance for each song.

On the programme were classics such as Beatles' A Hard Day Night, ABBA's Dancing Queen, and Village People's YMCA. The group also performed Mandarin oldies such as You are the Only One in My Heart, Not Coming Home Today and Chinese Pork Bun.

The choir also performed their interpretations of modern pop songs like Murraya Paniculata and The Happiness I Desire, famous hits by Jay Chow and Sun Yin Zi respectively.

Established by the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, HKMM is now looking for new talent to join the choir.
