Body found floating off Tai Po
Police are investigating the identity of a woman in her 40s or 50s whose body was found floating in the sea off Island House Conservation Studies Centre in Yuen Chau Tsai, Tai Po, at 3.50pm yesterday. No identity document was found. Police said they had found nothing suspicious.
Fighting couple arrested
A husband, 46, and wife, 36, were arrested after an argument turned into a fight in their flat in Tsui Shek House, Ping Shek Estate, Kwun Tong, soon after midnight. Police said they both suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospital.
Mother bites son
A woman, 50, was arrested for allegedly biting her 15-year-old son at their flat in Chun Yin House, Hang Chun Court, Cheung Sha Wan, at 11.30am. The boy said his mother had attacked and bitten him because she was angry about his school results. The boy was treated at Caritas Medical Centre.
