Freestyle star Mr Woo is due to run a training clinic at Polytechnic University

Soccer-lovers keen to improve their skills are to get the chance to learn from freestyle soccer maestro Woo Hee-yeung.

South Korean Woo, widely known as Mr Woo, will be in town at the end of next month to run a soccer clinic for teenagers at Polytechnic University.

The clinic, organised by DHL and scheduled for June 29, aims to teach young people about freestyle soccer. The company also hopes participants will be inspired by Woo's success story.

Freestyle soccer is the art of keeping a football airborne by using the feet, knees, lower legs, chest, shoulders and head while on the move. It has become a popular sport across the globe, played by many fans.

Woo, 44, is a Guinness World Record holder after breaking a record for soccer tricks in 1989 by bouncing the ball on his head for five hours, six minutes and 30 seconds.
