Clerk in sex-photos case pleads not guilty

A clerk accused of publishing 84 obscene pictures of female stars with actor-singer Edison Chen Koon-hei has denied the charges. Kwok Chun-wai, 24, was charged with three counts of publishing an obscene article after posting internet links on January 29 and February 6. He pleaded not guilty at Kwun Tong Court yesterday. Principal Magistrate Josiah Lam Wai-kuen adjourned the case to July 3 for a pre-trial review in Kowloon City Court.
