Training, development boss sought to boost efficiency

The Great Eagle Group, one of Hong Kong's leading property and hotel companies, is looking for a training and development manager to join its Hong Kong office. Interested parties are required to have a degree in human resources management, psychology, training or related disciplines.

The job requires candidates to be responsible for staff training and career development programmes, and take the lead in succession training programmes. Candidates must have more than seven years of solid employee development experience in improving competency, leadership and working skills because this will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the workforce.

A creative person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills is needed for the post to ensure effective implementation of programmes and training sessions such as the 'Train the Trainers' course. Experience in e-learning, online learning technologies and remote based training delivery methods will be invaluable.

The candidate must have excellent presentation and communication skills, so proficiency in PowerPoint and fluency in English and Chinese are required.
