SCMP Reporter

A proposal to connect  cycling tracks in  Tuen Mun, Tin Shui Wai, Yuen Long, Sheung Shui/ Fanling, Tai Po and Sha Tin has been gazetted by the government.  About 21km of  track would be built,  some sections of the existing tracks would be widened and some new facilities built.  Some roads, footpaths and a footbridge would be temporarily or permanently closed.
