400 housing loans passed

ABOUT 400 applications for the Phase I sandwich class housing loan scheme have been approved out of the 3,545 applications received, said Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands Tony Eason.

Phase I processing would be completed by the end of next month.

The eligibility criteria and other aspects of the second phase of the scheme would be modified, Mr Eason said.
