Before his promotion, Mr Heggie spent nearly eight years as  chief financial officer  of 24 Hour Fitness. Previously, he  was senior vice-president and chief financial officer for global operations at Burger King Corp.  He replaces Steve Clinefelter,  who is retiring after 25 years.

Mr Shi joined the group  in 1998 and  has over 15 years of  experience in commercial and investment banking. He is  responsible for business development and investment management  on the mainland. Mr Shi graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Ms Steyn  is responsible for junior to  vice-president level positions covering accounting, finance, audit, risk and tax areas within banking and financial services institutions.  She has extensive experience working in the recruitment industry.
Tracy Tam

Ms Tam will focus on recruiting junior  and middle-level accounting and finance professionals in the banking and financial services industry. She  has a commerce degree from the University of Toronto.  She began her career at Goldman Sachs and UBS.
