Fukien scored their second successive win over South China to give them a 2-1 lead in the best-of-five A1Division League final play-offs yesterday. A late three pointer by Yung Kam-wah gave Fukien a 72-71 lead, and they added two more points before the final whistle to secure a 74-71 victory at MacPherson Stadium in Mong Kok. South China point guard Lo Yi-ting was top scorer with 29 points. The Caroliners took the first game, but since Hong Kong international Tam Wai-yeung injured his knee during game two, Fukien have won two games in a row.
