The owners of the building from which a billboard fell and killed a woman are to meet lawyers today to see whether they can be held legally responsible, Wan Chai district councillor Anna Tang King-yung said. A billboard belonging to a Thai restaurant at 207 Wan Chai Road fell and killed the woman pedestrian, surnamed Lam, on Saturday. The restaurant operator was arrested and released on bail. No charges have been laid.
