Sun Hei desperate for silverware

Hong Kong First Division side Convoy Sun Hei have set aside a budget of HK$8 million following a disappointing season when they failed to win any silverware. Coach Khoo Luam Kuen was replaced by his assistant Yan Lik-kin, while they have kept all their local players and three expatriates, including Carlos Dos Santos, Roberto Affonso Junior and Giovane da Silva. Two-time Footballer of the Year Cristiano Cordeiro, already a local player, will also stay. Team president Raymond Chow Man-leung said they were still looking for two Brazilians to strengthen the squad.
