For a safe tan, try a self-tanner for bronzing without the danger of burning.
Sugarbaby Princess In Paradise Self Tanning Lotion (HK230/200ml)
Apart from the typically icky  smell, slight stickiness and the fact  it takes a while to dry,  this is a pleasant surprise. The lotion goes on easily and develops into a subtle and fairly natural-looking  shade. The tinted colour makes it easy to see where you've applied it. 6/10
Bioscreen Self-Tanning Spray (HK$230/125ml)
The pump spray and clear liquid mean application is difficult - you can't tell how much you've sprayed where. Which means streaking. It's a shame, though, because it leaves skin a really nice colour 6/10
Bliss A Tan For all Seasons (HK330/150ml)
The spray is not the easiest thing  to use and as it takes a while to work it can be difficult to judge how much to apply. Wear gloves to avoid  staining your hands. The tan develops into an intense dark brown,  so even application is vital.  5/10
Benefit Talk to the Tan (HK260/50ml)
This lotion gives a healthy,  natural look as if you've been wandering  in the sun  for  a few hours. But you have bear with  the sticky,  greasy feeling before  you see a result.  7/10

This glides on easily and instantly delivers a subtle amount of colour  - no mess, no stress, perfect for beginners. The tropical smell transports you  to a holiday paradise, even if you're stuck indoors. We love it!
