The successful applicant will be responsible for the front-line management of the existing Asia-Pacific customer base. They will be required to maintain and enhance customer relations through regular communication, and offer an excellent pre-sales and after-sales service. The ability to identify issues and develop strategies to streamline the process for each client is crucial. A minimum of five years' solid experience in an international sales-planning or co-ordination role is required for this post. A familiarity with the use of enterprise-resource planning software will be an advantage as the responsibilities of the sales co-ordinator include managing the order process, including inquiry, order, delivery and accounts receivable. Potential applicants should have a thorough understanding of international shipping and logistics. The incumbent will have to plan and manage stock, and prepare regular sales reports and analyses for the management team. Excellent language skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua and good computer skills are essential.
