Why they'll win: Because it will take more than a new format to stop them. Beijing 2008 introduces a team event similar to tennis' Davis Cup which replaces the doubles. Either way, China should dominate. While Wang Hao and Ma - who won doubles in Athens with Chen Qi - rank higher, the face of the team is veteran Wang Liqin (below). The Sydney Games champion lost his singles semi-final in Athens to Wang Hao and is desperate to return to the top. 'I still remember the medal ceremony in Athens, a miserable experience,' Wang says. 'I tried to squeeze a smile, but my mind was blank. I swear I won't let that happen again.'
