Netizens berate lacklustre results of soccer squad

Mainland netizens have lashed out at the national men's soccer squad on and off the field, contrasting their poor behaviour and results with those of the gold medal-winning men's gymnastics team. On popular news websites such as Sina.com and Xinhuanet, thousands left messages of congratulation for the gymnasts, but some also took aim at the soccer players.
