Indian allure

Pop art inspired
Diane von Furstenberg will collaborate with the  Andy Warhol Foundation on both a 2008 resort and 2009 pre-spring collection inspired by the late artist's works. The collections will primarily consist of kaftans and bathing suits.
Luxury brand heaven
DFS has opened a new 110,000-sq ft retail space in Macau. Shoes and tees
Alexander Wang has added a five-piece shoe collection and a diffusion line consisting of 12 styles to his portfolio. The diffusion line consists primarily of worn-in tees, tanks and T-shirt dresses,  says vogue.co.uk.
Closing time
Actress, model and designer Milla  Jovovich  will shut down her label  Jovovich-Hawk. The line was  founded in 2003 with fellow model Carmen Hawk.
Tank warfare
Cartier has filed a lawsuit against designer Donna Karan for using the word 'Tank' to market a watch in her DKNY line - the Women's Ion-Plated Tank watch. Cartier's lawyers claim  they've copyrighted the word in reference to its signature Tank timepieces and  want Karan to stop selling her watch as they fear it will lessen the value of their watches.
