ROBERT Kuok has resigned as deputy chairman of TVB, effective February 22.

   A press release issued by TVB said Mr Kuok had resigned due to his many other business commitments.

   Mr Kuok, who joined the board of directors on January 9, 1989, was appointed as deputy chairman on August 20, 1990.
