You may find it hard to believe, but farming is becoming more popular in Hong Kong. It has become a trendy weekend activity for families who like to get out into the fresh air, and be rewarded for their labour.
There are about 60 organic farms in Hong Kong and some of them allow members of the public to rent plots of land for their own use.
Chan Kin-man and his family rent a small piece of land in Sai Kung. Mr Chan turned the land into an educational playground for his eight-year-old son Kenny Chan Ho-wun. They go there every Sunday.
'Travelling to the farm has become a regular family activity,' Mr Chan says.
'It's good for my kid as he can get closer to the environment and learn to grow vegetables and take up responsibilities.'
Kenny says: 'It's really amazing to see my plants grow. I love harvest time the most.'
