Comic book characters come to life in the new Marvel Comics animated movie. The children of mighty superhero group The Avengers follow in their late parents' footsteps to battle the evil robot Ultron.
The Avengers fought for many years to defend the Earth against evil, but made the ultimate sacrifice against Ultron. Fortunately their children were saved by Iron Man, and under his watchful tutelage, James - son of Captain America and Black Widow, Torunn - daughter of Thor, Azari- son of the Black Panther and Storm, and Pym - son of Wasp and Giant Man, must finish what their parents started.
In the wake of The Avengers' death, Ultron has systematically worked to take over the Earth and rid it of humans. The only threats to his plans are The New Avengers.
When the location of the children's home is accidentally revealed, they are forced to flee. Backed into a corner, the Next Avengers decide to challenge Ultron: with a little help from Iron Man and the Incredible Hulk, will they be able to defeat Ultron and save humanity?
The special features include Legacy: The Making of Next Avengers, previews of Hulk Vs Wolverine, Hulk Vs Thor and the Kid Power: Next Gen Marvel featurette.
The art and level of animation is the same standard as your typical Saturday morning cartoons. However, the story is far better written and more imaginative than other recent DC Comics animated movies such as Superman: Doomsday and Justice League: The New Frontier.
