A hat-trick from Alessandro Leonardo helped Citizen storm to a convincing 4-1 victory over Tuen Mun Progoal in the Coolpoint Ventilation First Division at Mongkok Stadium yesterday. Leonardo scored in the 29th, 68th and 81st minutes as last year's runners-up got their first win on the board this season. Citizen's other goal was netted by Paulo Carreiro in the dying stages. The score was 1-1 at half-time with Chau Wai-ming on target for Progoal. In the other game yesterday, league newcomers Fourway stunned Happy Valley 2-0 in their opening game of the season. Goals from Caleb Ekwenugo (3rd minute) and Edson Minga (69th) fired the debutants to a promising start. Happy Valley's Chao Pengfei was red-carded in the dying stages for two bookings.
