Kwun Tong redevelopment area property owners are asking the Urban Renewal Authority for compensation of HK$10,215 per sq ft of saleable area based on advice from surveyor Wayne Lee Wing-kwan,  who referenced five housing properties in Kowloon and on Hong Kong Island on MTR lines and near a harbour tunnel.  The authority's spokesman would not comment on the proposal.  An offer would be announced at the end of the year.



Kwun Tong owners seek HK$10,215 per sq ft
