Tom Price is a small mining town  with 5,000 inhabitants.   It's very hot; it can reach above 40 degrees Celsius  in summer.
In my free time, I  hang out with friends at the town pool or at softball. I play a lot of sport, and especially love swimming.   I love to go to the beach at the weekend. Most teens spend too much time indoors.
I'm  a quiet person with a weird sense of humour. I really like music and I enjoy  comedies -  I'd love to do comedy in the future after I start working.
My idols are ordinary people who do great things, like firemen.
What I like most about my country is  the freedom and safety.
The most important festival  is  Australia Day on January 26.  We  hang out with family and friends, have a barbecue and watch fireworks.
I have been to Japan once - I speak a little Japanese -  and to most of  western Australia. I've never been to Hong Kong but I'm trying to learn Cantonese!
