Late businessman's brother sues couple

The brother of late businessman Cheung Shu-hung, who hanged himself in August last year, is launching a lawsuit against a couple over a flat in The Belcher's. Cheung Shu-chuen is suing Gui Wandan and Liang Jia-cheng, who live in the flat owned by Cheung Shu-hung. A writ filed on Monday says Mr Liang had a close commercial relationship with Cheung Shu-hung and the flat was held in trust for the deceased, although it was registered under the name of Ms Gui.
