SCMP Reporter

A cleaner has been  awarded  HK$1.32 million in compensation  for a fall through an opening on a construction site  platform.  Mr Justice  Simon Mayo  in the Court of First Instance yesterday  ruled that Li Yuk-chu's  employers, Ng Chun-ming  and Dickson Construction,  were in breach of  duties to provide a safe  environment at the Shek Pak Wan Estate work site.
