Property management arm aims to achieve customer satisfaction

Besides meticulously designed and well-developed projects, quality property management services are crucial in raising the value of office buildings, says Allan Chan Siu-wah, associate director of Sino Group's leasing department.

The group has its own property management arm, Sino Property Services, to take care of most of its office developments

'We put strong emphasis on hardware and software development,' he said. 'What our property management arm offers is something of five-star or even six-star hotel-style services. The key is to achieve customer satisfaction.

'This is a total commitment from the management team to all employees including receptionists, cleaning staff and guards. A close collaboration between the leasing team and the property management operation will improve the quality of assets and raise further our long-term competitiveness.'

Sino Property Services has received a great deal of recognition for its management initiatives from the industry. This year, it was presented the Certificate of Merit at the Best Brand Enterprise Award organised by the Hong Kong Productivity Council. Its buildings also participated in the Quality Water Recognition Scheme for Buildings, organised by the Water Supplies Department, and in the Programme on Source Separation of Commercial and Industrial Waste, organised by the Environmental Protection Department. Last year, Sino Property Services won the Gold Award in Green Property Management in the Hong Kong Eco-Business Award, organised by the Environmental Campaign Committee.
