Marine conservation urged
WWF Hong Kong yesterday called on Chief Executive Donald Tsang Yam-kuen to introduce effective marine-conservation measures and sustainable fishery management and outline a comprehensive carbon-reduction policy. The group also wants carbon dioxide listed as a statutorily regulated air pollutant.
