In a neighbourhood of touristy shops and restaurants, the Traditional Dumpling House is not very hard to find, even without much in the way of signage. It is popular among neighbourhood families for, as the name implies, its succulent, freshly steamed or fried dumplings, with a variety of fillings, notably Portuguese bacalhau and more traditional flavours. There are also crispy green onion pancakes, noodles and many other dishes in servings small enough for sampling a selection. Open weekdays noon to 3pm, 6pm to 9pm, weekends noon to 4pm, 6pm to 11pm.
