2. Benefit's Bad Gal plum mascara (HK$200/8.5 grams) has a voluminous brush to give long, intensely coloured lashes. Also available in blue and black.
3. Mac's Plush Lash mascara (HK$110/11ml) has short bristles to coax lashes upwards for curl. The other side separates and combs root to tip.
4. Estee Lauder's Turbo Lash mascara (HK$260/6ml) vibrates to deliver volume, length, definition, separation and curl. The brush oscillates at 125 cycles per second and can be bought at any of the city's Estee Lauder boutiques.
