POLICE arrested 48 people in an operation with the Immigration Department in Kwai Chung and on Tsing Yi Island yesterday. Ten women and 38 men were arrested in raids on 1,078 premises between 5 am and 1 pm. They were aged between 15 and 55, and of various nationalities.
