Women detained in Mong Kok crackdown

Thirty-eight women have been arrested in Mong Kok in a joint operation carried out by police and the Immigration Department. The crackdown started on Saturday and ended yesterday morning. Aged between 18 and 43, they either had two-way permits or were Chinese passport-holders. They were arrested for breaching their conditions of stay.
