ABOUT 185,000 more families will qualify for Housing Authority flats with approval yesterday of an increase in income limits for the home ownership scheme and rental flats. The income limit will rise by 10 per cent to $22,000 a month for HOS flats and for rental flats by an average of 8.6 per cent.
