'Insane' school clerk acquitted

A school clerical assistant accused of posting a false report on his blog alleging students had committed indecent assaults was acquitted yesterday after the magistrate agreed with two psychiatrists that the man was insane. Fung Shui-ting, 27, pleaded not guilty in Sha Tin Court to obtaining access to a computer for dishonest gain and of wasting police time. Magistrate Timothy Casewell adjourned the case to December 22 for a social welfare report.
