AT last the ''sequel to the saga'' has been produced and women the world over are likely to be captivated.

   This is the latest fragrance to be launched by Parfums Christian Dior.

  It is nine years since Poison, hailed as the fragrance of its time, took the perfume business by storm, and Tendre is doing the same.

  It is the transformation of the Poison passion into Poison tenderness.

  Since its launch, Poison has been a runaway success. It has become one of the best sellers in the world.

  While Poison symbolises the complex nature of modern women, Tendre Poison is a subtle, refined, subdued expression. This is just one of its many characteristics.

  Poison's strength lies in the juxtaposition of elegance and subtle seduction, quiet confidence and bewitching mystery, insolent charm and apparent innocence, audacity with reserve.

  In contrast, Tendre Poison is altogether more playful.

  Its first notes are created by the lively freshness of galbanum, intensified by the fruity, zesty scent of mandarin.

   These aromas are expanded into an elegant floral bouquet with the fruity freshness of freesia and the delicacy of orange blossom.

   The soft alluring notes of sandalwood and vanilla bring a subtle softness to the delicate bouquet and sustain a lingering presence.

   Amalgamation of these aromas has provided an alluring fragrance. The result is a fresh and tender fragrance that can be worn all day long.

  Tendre Poison comes in an elegant Irish green case with a glass stopper, enhancing the greenness of the aroma inside the bottle.
