Robber takes HK$4,900 from Citibank

A robber wearing sunglasses threatened two tellers with a pistol-like object and escaped with HK$4,900 from the Tai Po branch of Citibank yesterday. The man walked in at about 3.55pm and told the two tellers: 'Want money. Don't shout.' There were no customers in the bank at the time and the robbery took less than a minute, police said. On Tuesday, a man wearing sunglasses and a mask robbed Wing Hang Bank in Taikoo Shing.
