cd: David Archuleta's self-titled album.  The incredibly talented young musician  has an amazing voice and enjoyable songs.
dvd: Mamma Mia.  The best film of the year, without a doubt.
movie: Twilight. Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson play the two leads, Bella and the vampire she falls in love with, Edward.
book: A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini. A tale of two generations of loveless marriages. Riveting reading.
gadget: iPod Touch.  Fashionable and practical, you can play games, listen to hot music, chat with friends and  much more.

cd: Mr's Mister. This may sound like typical Canto-pop at first, but their band sound is rare in Hong Kong, so we should support them.
dvd: Tropic Thunder. Ben Stiller and Jack Black guarantee almost two hours of  laugh-out-loud moments, but Robert Downey Jr is  the true star.
movie: Ip Man. The story of the wing chun master is action-packed and a must-see for kung-fu fans.
book: The Night Watch tetralogy. The fantasy saga  brings you into the world of the supernatural: vampires, werewolves, shapeshifters and magicians.
gadget: Bluetooth Laser Virtual Keyboard. This futuristic device is  as cool as a keyboard gets. It works on any flat surface and simulates key click sounds.

cd: Taylor Swift's Fearless. The Grammy-nominated Best New Artist has overcome her  breakup with the Jonas Bro, and  sounds even more confident.
