Stressed cup thrower gets probation

A jobless teacher who threw a porcelain cup and plastic bottle from her window two days in a row to release stress was handed a 12-month probation order in Kwun Tong Court. Fong Ka-lam, 33, threw the items from her second-floor flat at Wang Yip House, Wang Tau Hom Estate, in Wong Tai Sin on December 13 and 14. A security guard called the police. Fong said she committed the crimes because she felt under pressure and was unhappy.
