Group Sense sells building

GROUP Sense, manufacturer of electronic personal dictionaries, announced a property sale to a company owned by Earnmill Holdings, which is currently holding 65 per cent of Group Sense.

The property, at No.75 Nga Tsin Wai Road, Kowloon Tong, was sold for $20 million.

Earnmill and relevant directors will abstain from voting at the special general meeting to approve the disposal of the property.
