Bank to get new chief

HONGKONG Bank of Australia chairman Alan Skurrie will retire by the end of the month, to be succeeded by David Say.

Mr Say was appointed a director of the bank last year and is also the chairman of the bank's stockbroking arm, James Capel Australia.

Two other board members, Allan Coogan and Keith Dawson, will also retire from the board.
