Winding-up order rescinded

A judge has rescinded a winding-up order against Affluence Pictures, the production company of movie director Wong Jing, after he agreed in December to settle debts of more than HK$2 million. Under the deal, Wong is to repay 1.38 million yuan (HK$1.56 million) to Beijing Sun Wah Media and Culture and a total of HK$1.17 million to two other creditors.
