One of the more pleasing aspects of yesterday's big day was the sight of families out to spend some time together in the fresh(ish) air. While most of them were seen lining the Central streets, thundersticks at the ready, there were even a few families who decided the best way to play the day was to take part, even if it was just a casual 10km stroll. 'We decided to just go for a walk, with some running now and then,' said Andy Lee Hoi-cheong, who was joined by his seven-year-old son Shun and his wife Hok. And while he was keen to shield them from the press, he was most proud of the efforts of his six-year-old daughter Jervis. 'She didn't complain once, and kept up with us all the way,' he said. 'I think it is important that you get your children out and exercising.'
