Confident of success

THE Urban and Regional councils are proud to present the 1994 Hong Kong Flower Show at Victoria Park from today until March 27, for the enjoyment of the local community, as well as overseas flower lovers.

Over the years, the show has become one of the most popular outdoor events in Hong Kong.

Last year, it attracted more than 300,000 people during its 10 days.

This year's show has been extended to 11 days and we are confident that it will again be an outstanding success.

To add interest to the show this year, and in line with its theme ''Floral Elegance of Our Great City'', the show will be expanded to include floral arts from different parts of the world.

There will also be fringe activities to complement the floral exhibits.
