SCMP Reporter

An Oriental Press Group company is suing Apple Daily for copyright infringement over 39 pieces of online instant news. According to the writ filed in the High Court on Wednesday, OPG Human Resources   is seeking damages from Apple Daily and AtNext  for allegedly publishing infringing articles on their websites from September 2008 to February. OPG is also applying for an injunction to restrain further infringements.
