Researchers given HK$5 for Alzheimer's study

The Research Grants Council has awarded HK$5 million to City University for its research into the family life of patients with Alzheimer's disease. The research will track caregivers in 300 families which have members afflicted with the disease for 30 months, with the aim of lessening the pressure facing caregivers.

Plan to cut campus food waste

Greeners Action has launched a campaign to reduce food waste on campuses in collaboration with the Vocational Training Council. The VTC's Institute of Vocational Education, School of Business and Information Systems and Youth College have pledged to promote responsible eating habits.
