CHI Residences, the latest luxury serviced apartment brand in Hong Kong, offers fully furnished apartments that have been styled by two celebrated interior designers, Dillon Garris and John Shostrom.

Founded 18 months ago by father-daughter team Philip and Pilar Morais, CHI manages four residences with a total of 125 apartments, with its latest opening being the biggest and most luxurious to date at 314 Nathan Road, Jordan.

The new art deco-inspired CHI314 complements the brand's CHI393 and CHI279 apartments near up-and-coming West Kowloon, and CHI120 in Connaught Road West.

The designers have made their mark internationally and now in Hong Kong.

Based in Paris, Shostrom has worked on the private apartments of fashion designer Paloma Picasso and media mogul Rupert Murdoch, and a vast portfolio of international projects ranging from private residences and serviced apartments to hotels, boutiques, luxury yachts and even perfume bottles.

At the age of 19 he became the youngest recipient of the prestigious Permanent Call Award for French Design, and a glittering career since has seen him featured in numerous international design and lifestyle magazines.

Shostrom, who was raised in Hong Kong and educated at Hong Kong International School, has returned from launching his career in the United States. He graduated from the International Institute of Interior Design in Washington DC and has since worked on high-end residential and commercial projects in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs, Malibu and New York.
