Ngong Ping 360 is currently presenting Shaolin Showcase, which features martial arts demonstrations by prominent Shaolin kung fu artists until the end of the month.
Since last Friday, Ngong Ping 360 has been overseeing a return of the well-received kung fu demonstrations and health workshops, all of which take place in the beautiful and relaxing setting of Lantau Island. Anyone interested in traditional Chinese martial arts or Shaolin healthcare methods is welcome.
Around 20 Shaolin kung fu masters are performing a wide range of Chinese martial arts during the Shaolin Showcase, simulating a tiger, a monkey, a praying mantis, a scorpion and a toad.
In addition, visitors can join interactive health workshops to learn and practise famous Shaolin exercises for good health and long life.
'Kung fu masters will show visitors how to practise Shaolin martial arts,' said Wilson Shao, head of commercial and business development, Ngong Ping 360.
