'Prince of white flower oil' Stephen Gan Fock-wai  lost his last bid to overturn his conviction for molesting a cabbie  in 2007 after the Court of Final Appeal  ruled yesterday that he knew his  touching of the driver's thigh was not welcomed. Neville Sarony,  acting for the   former Pak Fah Yeow International chief executive,  46,  was seeking leave to appeal after one of  two convictions  was upheld   in December.
