Good servant

I NOTE with some regret that one of our most loyal and long serving public servants has retired. I refer to Anthony Yue Bem of the HK Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service.

He has provided a wonderfully caring and devoted service. Thank you Anthony on behalf of all the donors.
