If experience has taught Thai pop princess Tata Young anything, it's that it is impossible to please all the people all the time.
Twelve years on from her debut, the 27-year-old has sold more than 12 million albums internationally - and she seems to have courted controversy all the way.
The press in her homeland seem to have focused on her sometimes risqu?outfits and her love life. It hasn't helped that she fell for Thai tennis player Paradorn Srichaphan and, more recently, the son of one of Thailand's top boxing promoters. Heartbreaker? Young disagrees.
'I don't think I am like that,' she once said. 'I can't make everybody feel the way I want them to feel. The best thing for me to do is do the best that I can with the job that I have.'
